Our Promise to You

At The Remedist, we put great care into every remedy we create — from sourcing to formulation to extraction. We want you to truly love your experience with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of delivery.

  • Orders under $100: Full refund (excluding shipping costs)
  • Orders over $100: Refund minus a 15% restocking/processing fee
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect
  • Opened and unopened products are both eligible — no return required

To request a refund, email us at support@theremedistapothecary.com with the subject line: “Refund Request.”

Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@theremedistapothecary.com .

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the shipping box, inner packaging, and damaged item(s)

We’ll replace any items confirmed to be damaged or sent in error.

Product Quality Concerns

If you believe a product is defective or doesn’t match its label (such as concerns about potency, ingredients, smell, appearance, or condition), please email us within 30 days of noticing the issue and before the product’s Best By date.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The lot/batch number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and label

If we confirm a product issue, we’ll provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, and arrange return shipping if needed.

Shipping Information

Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During busy holiday periods, processing may take 5–7 business days.

After shipping:

  • Continental U.S.: typically 3–7 business days
  • Hawaii & Alaska: please allow additional transit time

You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States. Discount is automatically applied at checkout.
